Syndicate is a beloved classic DOS action / strategy game where you play a hit man for one of a handful of global corporations (syndicates) that have taken over the world. Reminiscent of the look of the X-Com games but in real-time, you move your squad of characters through the missions, earning money by successfully completing them to upgrade your team for the next mission. The graphics are great; 640x480 x 16 colors has rarely looked so good. The action can get frantic fast and it'll take some time to learn the controls and how to help your team survive!
