Super Silverbrothers is Ken Silverman's nod to Super Mario-esque platformers. It shows off screen scrolling in multiple directions, and has a unique control scheme using the mouse. (You can also try using the keyboard by running SETUP.EXE but I don't recommend it.) The goal is simply to make it to the exit of each level. You can also press the 'B' key to skip the current level. It's not exactly award-winning gameplay, but it's definitely unique even though this was likely more of a test game than a real full-featured one. At least it includes some of Ken's midi-esque music similar to what you would find in Ken's Labyrinth; in fact are some of the songs the same?
